Customers can add their name or monogram and preview it instantly on products, choosing from a variety of thread colors and fonts. By linking this feature directly to the embroidery team’s API, we minimized manual work and errors. We also ensured the transition was seamless by carrying over all existing Shopify apps, maintaining functionality across the site. The enhanced cart-to-checkout flow further improved the user experience, increasing overall conversions.
